Terms of Use for Reqora, Inc. (“Reqora”)

Welcome to Reqora, an Operating System that allows users to sell and purchase returned items from retailers and e-commerce sellers. By using our platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform.

Counterfeit Products

Reqora does not verify the authenticity of the products listed on our platform. The responsibility for verifying the authenticity of a product lies with the buyer. We recommend that buyers independently verify the authenticity and quality of the products before purchasing.

Reqora takes no responsibility for the authenticity of the products listed on our platform. In the event a buyer receives a counterfeit product, we will make our best efforts to assist the buyer in resolving the issue with the seller, but we cannot guarantee the outcome.
